Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our facility in Moorhead, MN, 56560. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing our production operations, ensuring that we meet our quality standards and production goals. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to optimize production processes.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
