Job Description

We are seeking a candidate that can lead a production team in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. Ensure projects meet quality standards and ship on time while driving continuous improvement. Work involves standing for long periods, occasional lifting, and operating near industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop production staff

• Manage employee performance and adherence to procedures

• Identify and resolve production issues proactively

• Ensure projects meet contract deadlines

• Recommend and implement fabrication and process improvements

Requirements

• 3–5 years as a Manufacturing Supervisor in a production environment

• Experience in engineer-to-order manufacturing

• Preferred degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

• Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery with various energy sources
