**Job Title: Production Supervisor **

Reports To: Plant Manager

Job Overview: The Production Supervisor at Rusco Manufacturing plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the production floor. This position is responsible for ensuring that production processes run efficiently, meeting safety, quality, and production targets. The Production Supervisor will manage a team of production workers, ensuring that all operations are completed on time, within budget, and according to the company's high standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing and production environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in CNC Turning, Milling, or general machine job shop
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills can interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
