Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor with a strong manufacturing background to lead daily operations on the production floor. This is not a warehouse-focused role. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and knows how to drive output, quality, and team performance.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise day-to-day production operations on the floor

Oversee production lines, machine operation, and overall workflow

Lead, train, and develop production team members

Monitor productivity, quality, and safety metrics

Troubleshoot production issues and implementation of solutions

Ensure schedules and production targets are met

Enforce SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards

Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For:

3–7+ years of manufacturing supervision experience (not warehouse/distribution)

Strong floor presence & hands-on leadership style

Experience overseeing production lines and machine operations

Ability to manage schedules, KPIs, and team performance

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

You should be proficient in:

• Operational Metrics & KPI Management
• Production Planning & Scheduling
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
