2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000

Position Overview

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee production operations, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of manufacturing personnel in a fast-paced production environment. This is a fully onsite leadership opportunity supporting a growing operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations during second shift.
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and team leads.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate staffing and work assignments to ensure efficient utilization of labor and equipment.
• Partner with production planning, quality, maintenance, and management teams to support operational goals.
• Train and onboard new employees.
• Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Generate reports related to employee performance and production results.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring activities.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing production staff in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
• Four or more years of manufacturing experience, including management responsibilities.
• Experience with employee coaching, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting.
• Fully onsite.
