The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the workforce to ensure an efficient execution of the daily production plan and manufacturing activities while maintaining a safe work environment, producing high quality work, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and delivering on time to our customers.

What You Will Do

• Provide employee support and assistance, including problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Plan and establish work schedules and assignments in support of production goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production standards and work instructions.
• Foster effective employee relations, champion actions to positively impact employee engagement, coach and develop the employees and ensure that employees receive necessary training.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinate and document staff training as needed, to comply with operational or process changes.
  • Solicit and act upon improvement ideas from employees.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, production processes and methods, equipment performance and product quality.
• Participate in new product development deployment process.

Education and/or Experience We are Looking For

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments with project leadership, team leadership, and/or supervisory experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

Target compensation: $55,000 - $75,000/year (salary offered to be based on education/knowledge, skill and experience)
