The Production Supervisor will manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for safety, team development, production planning, and ensuring adherence to continuous improvement and quality standards.
Coordinate all production activities to achieve business targets
Implement and sustain Stellantis Production Way (SPW) processes
Ensure workplace safety and enforce safety protocols
Lead team improvement initiatives using C-Matrix and SPW activities
Analyze and act on quality KPIs; guide team leaders to resolve issues
Drive and sustain effective solutions within the production zone
Build and develop teams, allocate manpower, and ensure proper training
Maintain team morale while meeting throughput and cost objectives
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate across all plant levels
Goal-oriented self-starter with strong leadership and coaching skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
100% onsite position
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment
Experience working in a unionized manufacturing setting
Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
Familiarity with Google Suite
Ability to work in hot/cold environments and around heavy machinery
Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, steel-toed shoes)
Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to climb ladders/stairs, work in tight spaces, and crawl under vehicles
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
