**Production Supervisor

Location: Jackson, Michigan (On-site)

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually + quarterly performance bonus eligibility

Role Summary

This position provides leadership on a second-shift production line, ensuring safe operations, steady workflow, and strong communication across the team. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining quality standards, addressing issues as they arise, and completing accurate reporting at the end of the shift. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and leads with clarity and consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership

• Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and support frontline production staff

• Strong communication skills with a practical, level-headed leadership approach

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing production environment

• Solid problem-solving ability and confidence making timely decisions on the floor

• Willingness to stay beyond shift hours when needed to complete reporting or follow-up tasks

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or multi-stage manufacturing processes

• Background improving communication, workflow efficiency, or safety practices

• Familiarity with operations where schedules or product types change frequently
