Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to manage and lead our production team. The successful candidate will ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production operations, adhere to schedules and budgets, and promote continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities, including planning, assigning, and coordinating shift operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.

• Monitor production schedules and track daily output; report on performance and implement improvements.

• Train, coach, and develop production staff, maintaining clear communication and performance feedback.

• Participate in continuous improvement projects focusing on productivity, quality, and ergonomics.

• Collaborate with management on manpower planning, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.

• Conduct workplace safety inspections and promptly investigate accidents or incidents.

• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and production reports.
