Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Experience with Production Schedules and Production Planning to ensure streamlined operations and effective resource allocation
• Proficiency in Production Management with a focus on meeting efficiency, quality, and safety goals
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and communicate effectively across departments
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve production challenges efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems (preferred)
