The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $73,000.00 - 109,000.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What You Will do in This Role:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production employees to meet production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Monitor production output, workflow, and equipment performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with specifications.
• Champion product quality and consistency throughout the build process. Contribute to the product quality metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Assign work, set priorities, and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational goals.
• Ensure all production activities are performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and onboard new employees on operational procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain all assembly assets
• Support process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and report operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
What We’re Looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or high school diploma with relevant manufacturing experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan
• Knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage priorities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Strong communications skills with the ability to effectively liaison between the multiple cross functional teams
