We are looking for an experienced

**Production Supervisor

** to lead our 2nd shift production team!

**QUALIFICATIONS:

** 2–3 years of

**production management experience

**

**Bilingual English/Spanish – REQUIRED

** Food & Beverage experience

**preferred

** Strong

**leadership & communication skills

** Experience managing production teams

Ability to oversee

**multiple production lines

** Knowledge of

**GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards

** Able to maintain accurate

**production documentation

** Strong sense of

**accountability, ownership, and ethics

** Hands-on, dependable, and results-oriented

**RESPONSIBILITIES:

**• Lead and support 3 production leads and a team of 40–80 employees

• Provide guidance and direction to 3–6 production lines

• Ensure production documents are completed accurately

• Maintain GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards

• Ensure company policies and industry regulations are followed

You should be proficient in:

• Leadership / People Management
• Language: Spanish
• Food and Beverage Manufacturing
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
