Production Supervisor

$70,000 - $85,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (weekends as needed)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. This role oversees a team of approximately 15 employees, including operators, technicians, and production laborers, while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

As the primary leader on 3rd shift, you will operate independently, managing production priorities, staffing, scheduling, and communication across departments. A 2-4 week training period on day shift is required before transitioning to nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead third-shift production operations and personnel
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and expectations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and production priorities
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate annual employee training requirements
• Communicate with maintenance to address equipment and production issues
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation
• Drive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Qualifications Required

• Supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Production manufacturing experience with medium-to-large equipment and machinery
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Experience with production planning and scheduling
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience leading larger production teams
