Production Supervisor

2nd or 3rd shift/$55k-$80k/Full-Time

Overview:

Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a company that house in-house manufacturing capabilities include transfer press stamping / forming, grob forming, flow-forming, aluminum die casting, electron beam welding, machining and assembly.

**Requirements: **

• High School Diploma or GED - Required

• Degree in Industrial Technology /related field or equivalent work experience.

• Trouble shooting/root cause analysis

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Supervisory experience

• Computer knowledge

Responsibilites:

• Create and maintain controlled documents outlining proper methods for all department procedures (FMEA, CP, WS, VA, CS)

• Create monthly manpower plan based on the monthly forecast. Reaction plans need to be established when monthly schedule cannot be met.

• Create weekly overtime plans.

• Confirm that all associates are following safety requirements at all times.

• Confirm corrective actions for all safety concerns within your department (SCARs) are completed properly addressing the actual root cause of the concern.

• Confirm the implementation and results of environmental waste reduction improvements.

• Promote and confirm conformance to the company’s ISO 14001 procedures (recycling, reducing waste)

• Confirm the implementation and results of turn over reductions.
