We're partnering with a well-established precision manufacturer serving demanding industries where quality and performance are critical. Continued growth has created an opening for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing employees, solving problems, and improving production performance.
Lead and develop production employees across 2nd shift.
Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Monitor production performance and address bottlenecks or downtime.
Partner with engineering, quality, maintenance, and planning to solve production issues.
Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor allocation, and daily priorities.
Conduct shift meetings and maintain strong communication between shifts.
Coach employees, address performance issues, and recognize top performers.
Maintain a visible, hands-on presence throughout the production floor.
Manufacturing or production leadership experience.
Experience supervising employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Ability to develop teams, hold employees accountable, and solve problems quickly.
Comfortable balancing production, quality, safety, and customer demands.
