We're looking for a
hands-on Operations Supervisor
to become the
go-to leader on 2nd shift

You'll serve as the primary leadership presence during 2nd shift, partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Production to keep operations running safely and efficiently while helping build a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise hourly production employees on 2nd shift.
- Serve as the primary operations leader, making day-to-day decisions to keep production on schedule.
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
- Monitor production schedules and remove roadblocks to maximize throughput.
- Coach, mentor, and develop operators while holding the team accountable to performance expectations.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning.
- Ensure standard work, quality procedures, and safety practices are consistently followed.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, scrap reduction, and productivity.
- Manage staffing, attendance, training, and shift communication to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience within
machining, CNC, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or metal fabrication
is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision.
