Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with production management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of Lean Cocepts preferred
Knowledge of CNC machinery (lathes and mills), machine tools or cutting tools preferred
