Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with production management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Lean Cocepts preferred
• Knowledge of CNC machinery (lathes and mills), machine tools or cutting tools preferred
