Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive performance, and ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is critical in delivering production targets while developing teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
• Develop, coach, and motivate production supervisors and frontline teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and labor optimization
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to maximize uptime and throughput
• Monitor and report on KPIs including OEE, yields, labor efficiency, and downtime
• Support new product introductions and process improvements
• Enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Leader in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems
• Experience leading multi-shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance, accountability, and team engagement
