Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, and driving safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 10+ production employees on 3rd shift.
• Train and mentor new hires while providing day-to-day support to machine operators.
• Monitor production to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with maintenance when equipment problems arise.
• Complete production, safety, and quality documentation accurately using company software (Epicor experience is a plus but not required).
• Promote a positive team culture while holding employees accountable to company standards.
• Conduct shift handoffs, communicate production priorities, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style.
• Comfortable using computers and production software/ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and accountability.
