Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations at its Brooklyn, WI facility.

**Pay Rate: **$80k-$90k

**Shift: **2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve performance and quality objectives

• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies

• Identify and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime and operational disruptions

• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations

• Monitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams to support operational goals

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
