We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor (Night Shift starting at 6pm) to join our dynamic team in Berea, OH. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and quality.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with other departments and shifts to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with production management software or ERP system and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
