Barton 1792 Distillery is seeking dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Bardstown, KY. As a key player in our production facility, you will oversee daily bottling operations, ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and goals.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain product standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of production processes and improvements.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to work Mon-Fri on various shifts
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

You should be proficient in:

Continuous Improvement
Supervisory Experience
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
Lean Manufacturing Principles
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
