Barton 1792 Distillery is seeking dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Bardstown, KY. As a key player in our production facility, you will oversee daily bottling operations, ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and goals.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain product standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production processes and improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work Mon-Fri on various shifts
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

You should be proficient in:

• Continuous Improvement

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
