What You’ll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations on the production floor and help ensure our products are produced safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate production teams and Assistant Supervisors
  • Drive production performance while reducing waste and downtime
  • Help ensure food safety, quality, and GMP standards are met every shift
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance, and workflow coordination
  • Support a culture focused on accountability, communication, and teamwork
  • Collaborate across departments to meet production and shipping goals
  • Partner with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Create a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience in manufacturing or food production

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, and team development

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
