Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production team members to meet safety, quality, and production goals
• Plan and adjust daily and weekly production schedules to meet targets and reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment failures with minimal disruption
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely and effective manner
• Lead shift meetings and ensure effective communication across teams
• Maintain and enforce SOPs and ensure employees are properly trained
• Monitor production metrics, downtime, and performance reporting
• Partner with Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Support labor cost control and approve overtime in collaboration with management
• Manage operating supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials
• Address and support resolution of quality and customer service issues

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Experience in a production or industrial setting (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Willingness to work night shift (required)
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, dust control, and chemical handling (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work around machinery
• Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in environments with dust, noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures

Schedule

Night shift on a rotating 3-1-3 schedule (3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 3 days off).
