We work with some of the brightest minds in the industry to solve complex problems, and we’re looking for a Production Scheduler/Planner who is passionate about efficiency, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
As a Production Scheduler/Planner, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will:
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to develop and manage production schedules that ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze project requirements to align schedules with customer needs, engineering specifications, and material availability.
Optimize workflow efficiency by sequencing work orders and coordinating personnel and machine allocation.
Ensure seamless execution by working closely with production supervisors, ensuring materials, tools, and manpower are available when needed.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to meet shifting demands.
Partner with purchasing teams to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and components.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, continuously seeking ways to improve throughput and efficiency.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, downtime, and costs to drive process improvements.
Own the process, ensuring strict follow-up protocols to keep projects on track.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple priorities.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.
A proactive mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Technical aptitude and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
