We work with some of the brightest minds in the industry to solve complex problems, and we’re looking for a Production Scheduler/Planner who is passionate about efficiency, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Scheduler/Planner, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will:

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to develop and manage production schedules that ensure on-time delivery.

• Analyze project requirements to align schedules with customer needs, engineering specifications, and material availability.

• Optimize workflow efficiency by sequencing work orders and coordinating personnel and machine allocation.

• Ensure seamless execution by working closely with production supervisors, ensuring materials, tools, and manpower are available when needed.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules proactively to meet shifting demands.

• Partner with purchasing teams to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and components.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, continuously seeking ways to improve throughput and efficiency.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, downtime, and costs to drive process improvements.

• Own the process, ensuring strict follow-up protocols to keep projects on track.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and departments.

• A proactive mindset, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• Technical aptitude and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
