Job Overview:

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:

Work with production to make sure that they don’t have any barrier to complete the production plan. Review with purchasing the CTB make sure everything is on time. Work with other departments to achieve the completion date of the units

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

Managed day a day production scheduled. Review with purchasing team the shortages Responsible for plant attainment goals and actual (Daily, weekly & Monthly) Lead delivery actions and FCC daily meetings Work with engineering to process correctly the revision. Updated daily production plan Make sure the MES is updated with current status of the units Daily discussion with production on shortages and decided units going to the line Make sure customer dates are met Provide feedback and information to Customer Service on the progress of the units

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Administration or equivalent experience required, a minimum of three years of progressive experience in Planning, Manufacture, Logistics, Purchases, Quality; including three or more years of direct project management experience, professional recognition and industry networking are desired, a high-level of proficiency in speaking to large audiences, able to lead and direct diverse teams, 100% of English written and spoken, and a strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office Suite, MRP (SAP, Oracle, AS400), Power BI or dashboard tool is desirable, etc.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $76,100.00 - $114,100.00 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
