Description
The Production Reporter plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and timely shipment of finished products in a manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility to manage the flow of finished products from the production line to the shipping clerk, upholding inventory accuracy and contributing to smooth operations. Primary functions include:
- Inventory Management: Receiving, verifying, and accurately recording finished goods in the inventory system. Perform cycle and physical counts to maintain accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and report to management.
- Quality Control and Reporting: Inspect goods for issues, report anomalies, and may assist with product write-offs.
- Recordkeeping and Administration: Printing and distribution of shipping labels for production team. Maintain production records, update databases, and generate reports as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication with various departments is essential for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Basic Computer skills, knowledge of IQMS preferred.
- Experience in inventory management, cycle counting, and production planning is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control process a must.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
