Requirements

Summary of Essential Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, the QC Worker is responsible for manually placing individual tiles on setters and loading to and from the kiln while inspecting the quality of the product by following production and safety procedures. This position involves tasks including meeting the quality and quantity production standards, setting tiles, boxing, palletizing, and moving product for transfer to the shipping department and completing/posting required documentation. Regular and consistent attendance is an essential responsibility of this position

Qualifications:

• Production experience helpful, but not required

• Basic English literacy

• Basic math skills required

• Basic computer competency

• Ability to read and follow ordered procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50lbs. on an infrequent basis

• Ability to stand for majority of shift

• Ability to see color

• Dexterous and able to perform repetitive work with hands

General Requirements:

• Consistent and dependable in attendance and work practices

• Ability to work independently or within a team

• Commitment to working safely

• Ability to maintain required productivity and work within quality standards

Work Environment
The working environment is in a warehouse manufacturing setting. Temperatures can exceed 100F during summer months when
the kiln is running.
