Production Project Manager — DSG Account

Location: Hybrid (DSG Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

Overview:

We’re looking for a Production Project Manager (PPM) to help bring large-scale retail marketing programs and environmental graphics to life for national brands.

You’ll serve as the bridge between strategy, creative, and production—keeping projects organized, on schedule, and on budget from kickoff through installation. This role manages complex timelines and multiple stakeholders across design, fabrication, and client teams, ensuring clarity and accountability at every step.

Our account structure is divided into key business segments such as Capital Graphics, Programmable Spaces, Softlines, and Hardlines. This role will focus on the Softlines and Hardlines categories, overseeing specific segments (for example, Team Sports or Apparel) and owning all production deliverables for those categories.

What You’ll Do:

• Create production timelines and manage deliverables against tight deadlines.
• Build and manage estimates, partnering with internal teams and vendors to protect profit margins.
• Oversee print and fabrication partners based out of our Dayton, OH facilities—holding teams accountable to timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Lead weekly project status meetings and coordinate across creative, production, and vendor teams.
• Manage Workfront tasks, milestones, and communication from project setup through completion.
• Keep clients and internal teams aligned through clear, proactive communication.
• Meet regularly with creative and production leads to ensure work is tracking and on-brand.
• Identify process improvements that make our systems smarter and our work smoother.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of project management experience (retail, fabrication, experiential, or creative agency work preferred—but strong organizational instincts matter most).
• Proven ability to juggle priorities and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, follow-through, and a collaborative mindset.
• Confidence to speak up, problem-solve, and take initiative.
• Familiarity with production methods, materials, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Workfront or Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed for installs or vendor/site meetings.
• A high standard of execution—you don’t settle, and you don’t expect others to either.
