PRODUCTION PROCESSOR

$18.00–$20.00/HR TO START

WE'RE NOT JUST GROWING. WE JUST DOUBLED PRODUCTION.

That means more work, more equipment, more opportunity — and more people needed to keep things moving.

We’re looking for hands-on people who want to continue in manufacturing, learn valuable skills, and build something long-term.

You bring the work ethic. We’ll teach you the rest.

THIS IS A HANDS-ON JOB.

You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll be working directly with metal, equipment, tools, and finished products.

Your day may include:

BEND IT.

Form and bend metal components.

CLEAN IT UP.

Grind, smooth, and deburr parts.

BUILD IT.

Assemble metal boxes and install caps, pins, lids, and other hardware.

WELD IT.

Perform spot welding as part of the production process.

GET IT OUT THE DOOR.

Package, box, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.

And as you learn, you’ll have opportunities to cross-train into additional processes and higher-skilled work.

WHO WILL SUCCEED HERE?

• Like working with your hands

• Have manufacturing, shop, construction, or mechanical experience

• Have experience with tools or basic equipment

• Experience with micrometers, calipers and simple prints.

Experience is helpful. Hustle is more important.
