Key Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot a wide range of print and bindery machines, including the AccurioJet KM-1
• Serve as a floater across production areas, stepping into roles as needed to support the team
• Perform and oversee quality control checks to ensure final output meets standards
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians
• Take ownership of production output and demonstrate pride in workmanship
• Conduct minor mechanical maintenance and collaborate with service teams as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical skills; able to troubleshoot and maintain equipment

• Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment on quality standards
• Willingness to float between machines and production lines as needed
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus, Not Required)

• 5–15 years of experience in digital or offset printing
• Experience operating AccurioJet KM-1 or similar high-end digital presses
• Experience as a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator
• Leadership experience in a print production environment
