Pre-Weigh Technician – Now Hiring!

📍 kdc/one | Groveport, Ohio (📍 Conveniently located on Rt. 33/Hamilton Rd. in Groveport).

💰 Starting Pay: $18.50/hr | Full-Time | All Shifts

At kdc/one, we help create the personal care products people use every day**. *As a* Pre-Weigh Technician, **you’ll play an important role in the process by accurately weighing, organizing, and preparing the raw materials our production team needs.

💰 Pay & Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM — $18.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM — $19.75/hr

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM — $19.50/hr

• $0.50/hr increase after 90 days

What You’ll Do

As a Pre-Weigh Technician, you’ll help prepare the raw materials used to make personal care products. You’ll:

• Accurately weigh and prepare materials using scales, pick lists, and SAP.

• Pull, organize, and return materials to inventory.

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.

• Inspect materials and report discrepancies.

• Complete SAP transactions and required records.

• Work closely with Compounders and support the production team.

• Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, compounding, or pre-weigh experience is a plus.

• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately read scales.

• Electric pallet jack and drum hauler experience preferred.

• SAP/GMP experience is a plus.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Comfortable wearing PPE, including a hairnet, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs.
