Responsibilities:
- Verify and adjust production plan inside a four-week horizon, considering ATP, sales forecast, safety stock, other variables
- Create and update routings within Oracle GOM software
- Verifying plan is compliant with factory constraints (tooling, TBM/press compatibility, equipment availability, etc)
- Enter planned maintenance downtime into scheduling software
- Prepare ad-hoc production reports as requested
- Use MS Excel-based toolset to collect and analyze production performance data
- Publish and post daily and weekly production-related reports (Daily Output Report, Inventory, etc)
- Assist with gathering data for Tier 3 reporting metric
- Verify MRP system compliance and raise issues as needed
- Act as back up for Production Control when needed
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to work under stress conditions and meet tight deadlines
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in a planning position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of information and generate concise and accurate analysis
- Must be available to work over-time and weekends when needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position will not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.

Work Environment
- This position is primarily office-based within a manufacturing facility and requires routine presence in production areas
- While in production areas, employees may be exposed to noise, moving machinery, industrial vehicles (e.g., forklifts), and other typical manufacturing hazards
- Temperatures in production areas may vary seasonally and may range from approximately 65–100°F
- Raw materials used in the manufacturing process may include oils, rubber compounds, carbon black, and other industrial materials. Employees may encounter industrial odors or airborne particulates typical of a manufacturing environment
