Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Production Planning Analyst at our Beaumont, CA facility!

Support the planning and scheduling of production activities using SAP as the ERP system. Responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and helping to ensure that production schedules align with inventory levels, customer demands, and material availability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules and inventory levels to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective production plans.
• Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize forecasting tools to predict demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years in production planning, purchasing, or supply chain analysis, specifically working with MRP for buy‑in parts or raw materials.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. SAP prefered.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
