Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings strong organization, attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving mindset to a fast-moving production environment. This role requires someone who can manage order information accurately, communicate clearly across departments, and help keep production schedules, documentation, and customer expectations aligned.
Position Summary
The Production Planner helps keep customer orders, production schedules, materials, labor availability, and documentation aligned within HCI’s MCDS manufacturing division. This role reviews incoming orders, maintains accurate ERP information, supports planned fulfillment dates, and helps identify scheduling or resource issues before they disrupt production.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in ERP systems, and able to communicate clearly with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, and Customer Support.
