You will serve as the crucial link between operations, customer service, sales, and procurement, ensuring our production strategies seamlessly meet customer needs and corporate objectives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Balance and level‑load production orders to align with master schedules and manufacturing targets.
  • Actively manage the ERP system by creating, updating, and canceling work orders in response to real‑time needs.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of production plans and work orders to support on‑time delivery and operational goals.
  • Partner collaboratively with procurement, operations, and sales teams to achieve shared service‑level objectives.
  • Monitor dispatch and performance reports, prioritize work to address material constraints, and support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Optimize inventory turns and service performance by adjusting schedules, lot sizes, and sequencing strategies.
  • Use Available‑to‑Promise (ATP) logic to schedule sales orders while navigating material, labor, and equipment constraints.

  • Support special projects and take on new planning challenges as business needs evolve.

Who You Are:
You take action when new challenges arise and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. You understand the needs and expectations of both internal and external partners and use that insight to make informed decisions. You build trust through open communication and collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment, gained through hands‑on work or progressive responsibility.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus as business needs change.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with plant leadership, peers, and partners.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, including comfort using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
