Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Worker to support daily operations in an outdoor production environment. This role is responsible for processing 20 lb. propane cylinders used for barbeque grills and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill propane cylinders
• Ensure cylinders meet quality and safety standards
• Load filled cylinders onto trucks for next-day shipments
• Demonstrate a consistent commitment to safety by following all policies and wearing required PPE
• Work effectively as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area
• Stand and walk for 8 hours per shift
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and instructions
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work on your feet 8–10 hours per day
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to obtain required state licensing
• Ability to become forklift certified

Education and Experience

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
