Schedule: Mon–Thur, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, with OT on Fridays. Training: 1st (Mon-Thur) 6:00am to 4:00pm

Job Overview

Join our team as a Production Operator on the night shift, where you’ll handle equipment changeovers, blends, and ensure production quality for $17/hour. We’re looking for reliable candidates with machine operation experience.

What You’ll Do

• Changeover and operate production equipment safely
• Document processing steps and maintain batch records
• Setup and adjust machinery for batch production
• Troubleshoot and monitor equipment performance
• Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness of work area

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 6 months of machine operation experience
• Ability to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions
