Production Operator

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in our shipping and production operations by safely loading and unloading bulk chemicals, coordinating tanker truck movements, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and efficiently. This position is highly hands-on and involves working directly in the truck bay, connecting hoses, operating pumps and equipment, verifying paperwork, and performing safety and quality checks throughout the loading and unloading process.

Schedule

• Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST
• Training will take place on 1st shift during the week for approximately 2-4 months
• You'll still receive the shift premium during training

What You'll Do

• Safely load and unload tanker trucks with bulk liquid products
• Inspect tanker trailers, shipping paperwork, and equipment before loading or unloading
• Connect hoses, operate pumps and transfer equipment, and monitor product transfers
• Verify products, quantities, and destinations to ensure accurate shipments
• Follow established safety, environmental, and quality procedures throughout the loading process
• Manufacture and blend liquid products as needed to support production schedules
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Complete shipping, receiving, and production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe truck bay and production area
• Participate in safety, environmental, and job-related training programs

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing and outdoor environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment, pumps, hoses, and valves
• Ability to follow procedures and complete required documentation
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years experience preferred in manufacturing industry.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• During the pre-employment process, you will be required to do a drug screening.
