Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our night shift team at our facility located in Imperial, PA, 15126. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
• Monitor production output and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
• Document production activities, including production counts, downtime, and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and attendance.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a changing work schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
