Production Operators - 2nd & 3rd Shift | Urgent Hiring | Immediate Interviews

We're hiring immediately for multiple Food Production Operator openings on 2nd and 3rd shift! Pay ranges from $25.37-$29.21 per hour depending on the position and shift.

Your work may include mixing, cooking, packaging, palletizing, and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Read and follow detailed recipe cards, work instructions, and batch records.
• Load ingredients, package products, and palletize finished goods.
• Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning.
• Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following company and food safety standards.

What You'll Bring

• Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks.
• Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing production team.
• Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve processes.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.
