Job Description

We are looking for a **Production Operator **for one of our manufacturing clients located in Mokena, IL.

**Pay **- $45K – $80K

Shift - Afternoon

Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet production and quality goals while following safe work practices.

• Operate machinery to grind, package, shrink-wrap, and move products to the warehouse.

• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and finished products.

• Report equipment or process issues and assist Maintenance with troubleshooting when needed.

• Assist with batch preparation, product separation, machine changeovers, and equipment cleaning.

• Collect product samples and deliver them to the QA lab for testing.

• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow ISO 9001 and plant quality standards.

• Assist with unloading empty drums and other materials as needed.

Education and Skills

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

• Forklift certification preferred.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Basic math, reading, writing, and English communication skills.

• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• Reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented.
