Overview

We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team at our facility in Howard, PA, 16841. As a Seasonal Production Operator, you will be responsible for machine setups for production runs, packaging, mechanical troubleshooting, and maintaining excellent communication with team members.

Responsibilities

Perform machine setups for production runs according to established guidelines and procedures.
Ensure proper packaging of finished products, following quality standards and specifications.
Demonstrate mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during production.
Maintain a high level of communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

Prior experience in machine setups for production runs is required.
Proficiency in packaging processes, including knowledge of quality standards and specifications.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
