**We are looking for Production Operators to join our team on 2nd Shift. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL. **

**Shift Hours: **2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $20.21

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications: **

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, which may include sitting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and other movements as required throughout the workday
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English, including assembly, testing, safety, and equipment documentation
  • Ability to assemble and adjust products in accordance with established work instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

You will make a difference by:

  • Manufacturing products by following visual aids, written work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions.
  • Operating hand, pneumatic, and power tools, as well as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, and computer-controlled machinery.
  • Moving materials and components as needed to support production requirements and maintain efficient material flow.
  • Rotating between workstations, work cells, and departments to support operational needs and production schedules.
  • Completing and maintaining required production, quality, and departmental records.
  • Identifying and reporting process, equipment, or quality issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Performing product, equipment, and process setups, adjustments, and changeovers in accordance with established procedures.
  • Supporting a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
  • Basic Computer Skills
