Job Overview

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team fabricating structural steel warehouse rack systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in structural steel welding who are committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The majority of the workday (80–90%) will be spent under a welding hood performing MIG welds on steel ranging from 16 gauge to ½-inch material.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proficient in MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using grinders and other hand tools
• Previous experience working with structural steel
• Strong attendance, positive attitude, and commitment to quality workmanship
