We are looking for a skilled Production MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MIG welding and able to read and interpret blueprints. This position involves welding steel components to build racks and other products that are shipped to our customers.

The welder will work with material ranging from 16 gauge to 1/2-inch steel and will be responsible for producing clean, consistent, and uniform welds while meeting production and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in MIG welding.

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience welding 16 gauge through 1/2-inch steel.

• Ability to produce consistent, uniform, quality welds.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to safely operate MIG welding equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Previous production welding experience preferred.

• Must successfully complete a hands-on welding test, including an 8-inch weld on a 1/4-inch T-plate.
