General Job Summary and Qualifications:

Welding and fabricating of:

• Dumpsters,
• Containers
• Roll-offs
• Trailers
• Special projects

Core Responsibilities:

• Follows safety policies.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment.
• Good attendance.
• Proficient in the use of tape measure.
• Understands and executes quality expectations.
• Consistent weld quality of mild steel or Hardox materials.
• Basic set up of welding equipment.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to drive towmotor.
• Basic preventative maintenance.
• Source material
• Plasma and torch cutting operation.
• Read blueprints
• Ability to weld Aluminum.
• Maintain consumables
• Understands PDM and Scheduling.
• Quality Control
• Basic Fabrication skills.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
