Day 1 Expectations / Must Haves

Candidates must be able to:

• Pass a 2G – 1" Horizontal Weld Test- Must pass both visual inspection and bend test

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Accurately read and use a tape measure

• Have previous Production MIG welding experience

• Produce consistent, quality welds in a production environment

• Follow all required safety and quality procedures
